SVLab 236 is a omnidirectional sound source composed of 12 high-quality speakers with consistent performance, capable of emitting sound waves of the same amplitude in all directions without distinction.

The purpose of sound source design is mainly for building acoustics and indoor acoustic measurement. It is a non directional sound source with wireless control function. It has the characteristics of convenient portability, easy operation, and wireless control.

The SVLab236 omnidirectional sound source meets the performance index requirements of JJF1468-2014 "Non directional Sound Source Calibration Specification" and meets the requirements of GB/T6882-2016 "Precision Method for Measuring Sound Power and Energy Levels of Noise Sources by Acoustic Sound Pressure Method in Anechoic and Semi-anechoic Rooms". This equipment can be used as a single point sound source in building acoustic testing, mainly used for measuring reverberation time, sound insulation, hall sound quality, room sound absorption, reflection or absorption coefficient, and outdoor sound propagation.
